If you are moving to our hosting, we handle the migration. Your site stays live throughout — no downtime.

Ongoing care
Updates run on a weekly schedule. Backups run daily. We monitor for security issues and respond to anything that needs attention.

Monthly edits
Email us what you need changed. We aim to turn around small edits within one business day.
STEP 05
Monthly check-in
A quick email summary of what was done, anything we noticed, and anything coming up.

Some of our clients have been with us for over a decade.
Updating text on a page, swapping an image, adding a team member, changing a phone number or address, updating a menu item — that kind of thing. We are not talking about adding new sections or redesigning pages. If something is bigger than a quick edit, we will tell you upfront and quote it separately.
No problem. We have clients on both arrangements. If you host with us, we have full control of the environment which means faster fixes. If you host elsewhere, we work remotely. Same care, same price.
We handle it. Security cleanup is included. We also do what we can to prevent it in the first place — updates, hardening, monitoring. In several years of running care plans, we have had very few security incidents.
Yes. Month-to-month, 30 days notice. No long contracts, no penalties. We would obviously rather keep you — so if something is not working, just tell us and we will fix it.
We primarily work with WordPress, but we do manage some sites on other platforms. Ask us about your specific setup and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
